
Pupils from Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Academy in Billingham enjoyed an unforgettable residential visit to Carlton, filled with exciting challenges and new experiences.
A Wide Range of Activities
During their time at Carlton, the children took part in a variety of engaging outdoor activities, including:
- Canoeing
- Archery
- Night line
- Orienteering
- High challenge
Each activity offered a different kind of challenge, encouraging pupils to develop new skills and build confidence.
Stepping Outside Comfort Zones
For many of the children, the visit provided opportunities to try things they had never experienced before. Faced with new situations, they showed determination and enthusiasm, pushing themselves beyond their comfort zones.
Confidence, Teamwork and Resilience
Throughout the residential, pupils demonstrated impressive teamwork and resilience. Whether supporting each other during group challenges or tackling individual activities, they approached every task with a positive attitude and gave their best effort.
A Proud Achievement
Staff were immensely proud of how well the children rose to each challenge. Their bravery, perseverance and willingness to try new things made the visit a great success.
